Our "Learn to Paddle" programs start in May and continue through June. It's a good idea to register with Wayne at 550-7333 to assure a seat in the boat.
Tuesdays and Thursdays you are welcome to paddle with the Rec Group at 6pm. Don't forget to bring a bottle of water!

VRCC fills a much needed void for outdoor, on water recreation in Vernon. Coached programs are offered for all levels. By joining VRCC you can participate anywhere from a novice level right up to international competition. Novice, recreational, & junior programs are coed while the open programs are separated into Open Women & Open Men.
All equipment is provided by the club & included in your membership fees. The fleet of canoes includes one, two, and six person outrigger canoes that can be used on a flexible schedule.
If you would like to give it a try, call Wayne at 550-7333! We also have "Learn to Paddle" programs. If you decide to commit to a membership, this fee will go towards your membership for the whole season. The club compound is located at the west end of PaddleWheel Park near the tennis courts.
The paddling season runs from April to the end of September.
